Pre-Design Property Information Request
The Town of Erin and Ainley Group are requesting your assistance in collecting essential background information to support the successful execution of this project. As part of the pre-design phase, we are asking residents and business owners to complete the Property Information Sheets that were delivered in November 2025. The information you provide will help design sanitary services to your property with sufficient depth and gravity to reach the lowest level of your dwelling where possible. The following details are requested:
- General location of house/building and driveway
- Location of existing septic tank
- Basement depth
- Preferred location of the proposed sanitary service connection to your property (if approved)
- Location of large trees and/or significant landscape features, including underground features such as sprinkler systems
- Location of existing water service (if known)
- Location of existing sump pump outlet (if known)
